Characteristic rural complex that has been recently built with great care, perfectly furnished and equipped. The complex consists of a large farmhouse and a hayloft, situated in a nice, panoramic position, set amidst the gently rolling hills of the Chianti covered in vineyards.
Pleasant and nicely organized outdoor areas. Just a short distance from the hayloft is the pretty swimming pool of 12x5 m, where underneath there is a changing room with laundry room and washing machine and a bathroom complete with shower. The property is located halfway between Florence and Siena, both of which can be reached in about a half an hour's drive. Approx. 5 km from the medieval town of Barberino Val d'Elsa with all kinds of shops.
Car park. The house is accessed by taking an unpaved road of about 500 m. 2 baby-beds are available. Internet wi-fi.
